Phe free foods:

  • Soda Pop
  • Apple Cider
  • Florentine Ice
  • “smoothies” (orange cream, strawberry, blue raspberry slushies)
  • Frozen Lemonade

Almost phe free foods:

  • Olives
  • Giant Pickle
  • Fruit cup (with or without marshmallow fluff).
  • Greek salad (hold the cheese).

Count your phe!

  • Corn on the cob
  • Apples and Caramel (or Caramel apples)
  • Frozen Bananas
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Rice Krispie Treats
  • Kettle corn
  • Onion Rings, battered cauliflower, battered mushrooms

Other tips

Bring a serving of Cream of Onion soup in a thermos and 1/2 CB bread bowl for soup in a breadbowl (don’t forget spoon).
