Baking Mix converstions and substitutions: What if I don't have the mix listed in the recipe?

I have:

DP Baking Mix

Substitute for WelPlan baking mix - for every one cup of WelPlan (110 gm), replace with 1 packed cup (165 gm) of DP. (source - http://www.pku-allieddisorders.org/recipe.htm).  

DS Baking Mix

Wheat Starch

All wheat starch is the same.  Can be found at various vendors or sometimes Whole Foods type markets.  Have a subtitution of a low pro product that you don't see here?  Let us know! info@mnpku.org
