Puttin' for PKU is Celebrating 11 Years of support for the Minnesota PKU community!!!
Join us for the fun on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan, MN!
The golf event is a 4 person scramble; every golfer is welcome to come enjoy the fun.
Your golf registration of $130.00 includes a $65 tax deductible contribution, 18 holes of golf, cart rental, box lunch, Prime Rib dinner, and prizes. Proceeds support the Minnesota PKU Foundation and the PKU Clinic at the University of Minnesota Amplatz Children's Hospital. Register for golf, dinner, or to volunteer by clicking on the button; registration is due by September 9, 2011.
Don't Golf? Don't worry, join us for dinner for $45 or volunteer. Low protein dinner and lunch choices are available. Individuals with PKU golf free.

5:30 p.m. Prime rib dinner buffet with awards/prizes/raffle
