Other tips:
Try storing formula in the Medical Assistance Centers. Medical Assistance centers are located between the Midway and Heritage Square AND between the Fine Arts Building and the 4 H. They can refrigerate formula but it requires "proper labeling."
Pack a serving of dry formula in a water bottle and add cold water from drinking fountains abundant at the fair.
You can buy souvenir cups at the fair. If you put your formula in them folks will think you are drinking a malt.
Free ID bands are available at the Care and Assistance Booths. Medical concerns can be added to the name bands.
The fair website has a food finder at http://www.mnstatefair.org/pages/food_finder.html
