PKU Cooking Event - Summer Fare

On Saturday, May 7, 2011 the Minnesota hosted a brunch menu suitable for summer using recipes from the Apples to Zucchini cookbook.  

From time to time the Minnesota PKU Foundation, in conjunction with various sponsors, hosts cooking events and demonstrations.  These event prove to be incredibly popular and past topics have included Super Bowl Party food (2010) and toddler foods (2008).
